At Driftgifts, we’re committed to providing a fast, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our domestic shipping process within the United States—where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all regions within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking link to update after shipment.

Although we work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners, Driftgifts remains fully responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of your order.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

  • Driftgifts is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

  • If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

  • If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Once an order has shipped, any delivery change requested directly with the carrier is done at your own risk, and Driftgifts is not liable for any resulting delays or loss.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in securely packaging each order. If your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are held for a short window before fulfillment begins, allowing for last-minute updates.

  • You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped.

  • We will confirm whether your request can still be processed.
