At Driftgifts, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, our return and refund process is simple, fair, and transparent. This policy applies exclusively to customers in the United States and outlines what you need to know about returns, shipping responsibilities, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted in two cases:

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you qualify for a free return and a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  • If you are returning an item for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or incorrect size), the return is considered a general return, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards
    unless they are defective or shipped in error.

2. Return Shipping and Instructions

If the return is due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, and your original shipping fee will be refunded. No restocking fees apply.

For general returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns. If the return is due to our error, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong size. To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement once the return is received.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, your order may already be in production or transit and cancellation is not guaranteed. If your order ships, you may still return it after delivery under our standard return policy.

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If your package is undeliverable due to address error, we may not be able to offer a refund or reshipment. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
